Landscape earth berms with perimeter light walls were employed in order to welcome daylight and promote ventilation, thus reducing energy costs. The two-story building has barrier-free access that makes costly elevators unnecessary.

Moveable systems furniture and partitions are easily rearranged to accommodate variations in workload. In addition, all workstations are equipped with voice, data, and power connections to keep up with the rapidly changing technology.

The finished product came in at one million dollars under budget and was completed four months ahead of schedule.
